Description
Day 0: Transfer from Hanoi to Lao Cai by overnight train
Either enjoy pickup from your hotel or make your way to the Hanoi train station yourself by 9 PM. Board the overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai at 10 PM. Enjoy the night on the train and reach your destination the next morning.
Day 1: Sapa Center - Sin Chai village (B, L, D)
Meet your tour guide at the train station and head to Sapa at 6 AM. Transfer from the station back to your hotel in Sapa to leave the luggage. Then, indulge in breakfast at your hotel

After breakfast, start to walk down to the southwest of Sapa to visit Sin Chai Village, where the Black H’mong live. Sin Chai is a simple and rustic village, located more than 2km from the center of Sa Pa town. There they still preserves the simplicity typical life of highland villages.
After the trekking, head back to your hotel to have lunch and free time to rest or to explore the area in the afternoon.
Dinner time is at 6pm, explore the charm of Sapa by night. Enjoy roasted corn and baked eggs beside a charcoal fire or go shopping. Spend the night in the 3-star Sapa Hotel.
Day 2: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B, L, D)
Enjoy breakfast in your hotel and then start the trekking along the side of the Muong Hoa Valley to the Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong. Continue trekking down to the Lao Chai village of the H’mong.
Enjoy lunch and then walk through terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village of the Dzay minority people and stay overnight.
Day 3: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa (B, L, D)
After breakfast, continue on trekking to visit 2 villages of the Red Dzao and the H’mong. Visit a beautiful waterfall and Rattan Bridge. Take in views of the landscapes through the bamboo forest. Head to the main road to catch a car to return to Sapa.
Around 2 PM, pack your things and prepare to leave Sapa. Hop in your limousine back to Hanoi. Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi at around 8-9 PM.
***Kindly note that there will be local ethnic people try to accompany you the whole trekking way in order to ask you for money or sell local items with high price. Please ignore them and stick to the guide. This has been a pressing matter in Sapa, yet haven't been solved by the authority. We're truly sorry for this inconvenience in advance!

- Bring warm clothes, including a scarf, hat or cap as the weather in Sapa is unpredictable; it is normally cold from September to March
- Due to the altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February, and March
- Please bring trekking shoes, sunglasses, sun cream, and insect repellent
- Please bring cash in in Vietnam Dong as the banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well; US Dollars, Euros, and Australian Dollars are accepted in Sapa
- Please bring medicine with you in case of illness
