07h30 AM: Departing from VietNam TravelGroup office at 55 Do Quang Dau Street, Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, pick you up at your accomodation and arriving at Handicraft Village. You can find out about traditional Vietnamese art paintings. Paintings are drawn sophisticatedly and brightly. We may stop along the way for refreshments and toilet. 09h00 AM: It takes us 1 hour to reach Ben Dinh – a system network belonging to Cu Chi tunnels. Ben Dinh Tunnel When you go through the entrance, you will watch a brief propaganda video, which introduces the Vietnam War and the way the tunnels were utilized to struggle against G.Is in the Vietnam war. We will visit surthe roundings and follow our tour guide to discover Ben Dinh tunnel. Tour guide will explain to you the life of people who lived under the ground and how they survived and contacted each other. Then, you will experience it realistically by crawling through the tunnels. Take some rest and have interesting conversations about the war in the past. 13h00 PM: We have lunch at restaurant in Mekong delta 02h00 PM: Tourists then experience sitting on special means of transportation which used to move around on the Tien River. Along the river’s banks, there are a lot of Coconut Trees Lines, and floating houses, and go through lots of narrow streams to visit Unicorn Island. If you have a sweet tooth, the Coconut Candy Workshop is for you, and you can explore the process of making pieces of coconut candy and enjoy tasting sweety candy. Rice wine is a popular drink here and it has a superior flavor. Then, you will go ahead to a place to enjoy some iconic Vietnamese fruits, and get pleasure from listening to and watching artists performing “Southern Vietnamese folk music” accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. We keep going to the last destination on this island to visit the Beekeeping farm in which pure honey products are naturally produced. After that, we return to My Tho by boat and end our journey on the silky river. Finally, sit back in your comfortable van for a convenient ride back to your hotel at 6:00 PM.
