A Vietnamese chef will explain how to cook traditional food with the matching sauce. You can choose from two different classes, one being from 8:30 to 12:00 and the other from 14:00 to 18:00. You will be picked up from your hotel and brought to The Saigon Culinary Arts Center to start your cooking class.
You also have the option to go with the chef to the local market to have a better understanding of the ingredients. After the explanation, it is your turn to get your hands dirty and cook a delicious Vietnamese dish, with the chef's guidance.
