Description

As you stroll through the bustling alleys, your knowledgeable guide will introduce you to hidden gems and family-run eateries that showcase the true essence of Hanoi's culinary heritage. Our itinerary includes these dishes: One to two Appetizers: - Sweet Donut (and Shrimp Cake may be added): A light dish comes with fresh vegetables and dipping sauce served on the side. Three main dishes: Iconic, but strange 'Stir-fried Pho'. Topped up with stir-fried garlic with beef, and bok choy. One dish spared into halves, we make sure not to fill your stomach up too soon with this delicious and mouth-watering gem. Bun Cha: The most famous dish among Vietnamese, but the most underrated and unknown to tourists. Vietnamese 'BBQ Party' but comes a bit differently with a lot of fresh vegetables and white noodles. Well-known 'Banh Mi' but this time, it comes with well-marinated skewed pork (or chicken if available), and sided with fresh cucumber. The 'Banh Mi' now is filled with nothing inside, but battered with butter and honey sauce. Does that sound great? Two desserts: Avocado 'I scream' smoothie: You'll want to 'scream' because it is too good! A sweet treat of blended avocado with ice cream. This is specialty from Vietnamese southern coast. 'Vietnamese coffee is strong enough to wake you up from your coffin,' but it's much less intense with a sweet and creamy egg smoothie on top. The famous Vietnamese Egg Coffee is on its way!
